Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crochets.Top, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your crochet top, crochet tank top, or crochet crop top, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers:

• We accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached and in the original clear packaging with the SKU label intact.

• Exchanges are not available at this time.

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information) and the items must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request to qualify for a full refund.

• For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins once the final package is delivered.

• Items returned without meeting the above requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
